Every plan can be topped up with extra storage. Add-ons are a one-time payment and cover the same 10-year hosting window as your plan.

Extra storage is added to the memorial you are viewing and never expires before your hosting period ends.

Included viewing traffic

Every plan includes a monthly amount of viewing and streaming traffic. This is plenty for family and friends; it only matters when a memorial is shared very widely.

• Keepsake: 10 GB per month
• Family: 50 GB per month
• Legacy: 200 GB per month

At 80% we send the memorial owner a heads-up. Above the included amount, photos are shown in a smaller size and video streaming and downloads pause until the 1st of the next month; visitors who are signed in as members are unaffected.

Fair use policy

Our plans are designed for personal family memorials, not bulk storage or commercial archiving. To keep hosting affordable for everyone, we apply a few common-sense limits:

• Storage and item caps shown above are per memorial and are enforced at upload time.
• "Unlimited" uploads on Family and Legacy plans assume normal personal use — typically a few thousand items per memorial. We may contact you if usage looks automated or commercial.
• One-time plans include 10 years of hosting from purchase. Before that period ends we will reach out with an option to renew at the then-current rate, or to download a full archive of your memorial at no extra cost.
• No illegal, hateful or copyright-infringing content. We may remove material or memorials that violate these terms.
• Each plan includes a monthly viewing-traffic allowance (Keepsake 10 GB, Family 50 GB, Legacy 200 GB). Above it we may show smaller images, pause video streaming and downloads, or ask anonymous visitors to sign in, until the next month or until a traffic pack is added.
• In exceptional cases (for example a memorial that goes viral) we may temporarily throttle or suspend serving to protect the service. We always notify the owner first where possible.
